Joe Hanley is an actor who played one of Jonathan Crane's thugs at Arkham Asylum in Batman Begins. His character asked Crane if the things said about Batman were true, in that he could fly, and Crane answered that they were about to find out. He was the second of Crane's thugs to be taken out by Batman, first getting shot in the foot before being dragged screaming up into the rafters.
