Heavy 1 was one of the bodyguards working for The Bald Guy. When an accountant owed the Bald Guy money, Heavy 1 along with another bodyguard took the accountant round to a flat belonging to The Blonde. While she watched, the two heavies pinned the accountant down while The Bald Guy smashed his fingers and skull.
Later, Heavy 1 was with the Bald Guy at his bar when Bill entered and started chatting up The Blonde. Some time after that, Heavy 1 was guarding the bar when Bill broke in and looted the contents of the safe. He interrupted Bill while he was taping money to his legs, but Bill grabbed a hammer and hit Heavy 1 around the head, leaving him motionless on the floor. Heavy 1 was then taken to the hospital, but it is unknown whether he survived his injury.
