For the Tenet character, see Victor. Victor Zsasz was a thug working for Carmine Falcone. He was caught and prosecuted by Rachel Dawes, but the psychiatric assessment from Jonathan Crane persuaded judge Faden to have him transferred to a cell at Arkham Asylum. This faked insanity was a ruse to get Falcone's thugs easier treatment when sent to prison.
Later, Batman was escaping from Arkham and blew through Zsasz's cell. Later all of the cells were opened by the League of Shadows, and Victor escaped along with the other inmates.
