Jeremy Theobald is an actor who portrayed Bill in the film Following. He also produced the film. He later starred in Batman Begins, playing a water board technician.
Theobald knew Christopher Nolan from university, and he also appeared in two of Nolan's short films, Larceny and Doodlebug. He now works as Executive Editor of the Forum for Global Health Protection.
