Mel Taylor is an actor who played a resident of The Narrows in the film Batman Begins. His character complained when Arnold Flass was too rough apprehending an escaped convict, so Flass pointed his gun. James Gordon stopped Flass shooting while Taylor's character continued his argument loudly.
