The Dark Knight Rises[]
During Bane's takeover of the city, the Rogues played the Rapid City Monuments at this stadium. Mayor Anthony Garcia attended the game and was asked about the "drill" that was happening in the sewers. Bane blew up the field and the press box, killing Garcia and every football player minus one. He then proceeded to tell the citizens of Gotham about the bomb through himself and Dr. Leonid Pavel, thus using it to hold the city under his control.
