Darragh Kelly is an actor who played one of Carmine Falcone's thugs at the docks in Batman Begins. His character looked for Steiss when he went missing, noticed Batman lurking on a crane. He ran away when Batman took out one of his accomplices, but got knocked out by the vigilante when trying to escape between two containers. In the Batman Begins novelisation, his character's name is given as "Alfie".
In 2003, Kelly starred in Veronica Guerin alongside David Murray.
